Project Manager FinTech

Our client, a succesful FinTech company, is looking for an experienced project manager who will be responsible for the in time execution and successful implementation of their solutions.

During execution you are the sole point of contact for the client, the development teams, consultants and other parties. During the Project you manage the colleagues in the project and motivate them to perform at a high standard. To successfully finalize the Project you monitor the progress, make sure delivery is on time and within budget.
 

Your key responibilities are:

• Set up, monitor and continuously fine tune Project planning.
• Set up project governance and report to the client. Daily contact with client on ongoing business.
• You do not only lead the project from a project perspective, but you feel content responsible as well. 

Your knowledge and experience:

• You have at least 10 years of relevant (IT) experience, preferably at a financial institution, software vendor or consultant for various clients.
• You possess a diploma at bachelor level or higher. An IT or economically oriented education and/or a Master‘s degree is a strong plus.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management methodologies, preferably Scrum.
• You have knowledge of and experience with the (primary) process of banking and/or insurance companies, and especially the customer service processes in an online environment.
• Knowledge of the laws and regulations for the financial sector is a plus.
• The work environment is international. Therefore, a good knowledge of English and Dutch is required, both oral and written.
• You are also willing to (occasionally) travel and work internationally.
