Manager Product & Software Development

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate leader who can drive operational excellence in order to deliver innovative new products to the online market. In this role you will lead multi-discipline teams including product development, software & mobile development teams. You must be able to act across all disciplines and have very strong people management skills. The right candidate will have hands on experience of modern product development and IT processes such as Agile, LEAN principles and be able to apply them in a high traffic website environment.
 

Responsibilities:

• Day to day management of the product development and IT teams;
• Drive operational excellence by implementing efficient processes;
• Strong planning and monitoring of the roadmap delivery;
• Drive further product innovation;
• Effective communication to all stakeholders.
   

You have/are:

• A Master degree;
• Experience in a role as similar role and successfully lead IT teams;
• Proven trackrecord of driving operational excellence initiatives;
• Organised and able to organise others in a rapidly changing environment;
• Strong delivery and Execution power;
• A thinker out-of-the-box and have a high personal drive;
• Strong communicator and stakeholder management;
• Experience with e-commerce is preferable.
