Chief Technology Officer

Our client offers an enterprise SaaS platform. The organization anticipates significant growth in the coming years and has recently expanded her international sales team. In addition to sales, investments are also being made in the development team. Being part of the management team, the Chief Technology Officer will be responsible for:

Strategic

• represent the company's interest at: conferences, customers, external meetings, etc.
• contribute to the overall company's strategy, identify where to focus on

Technical

• owner of the architecture strategy 
• oversee technical design for the roadmap
• (client) integration
• drive innovation, in particular big data

Management

• managing the development teams
• drive personal development
• drive and maintain an Agile 'culture'

You bring/are

• A good understanding and hands-on experience of (enterprise) architecture concepts, back-end to front-end development
• At least 5-10 years’ experience in leading a team of developers
• Strong communicating skills
• Able to work with multiple stakeholders (customers, developers, sales and management)
• Willing to travel 
• An entrepreneurial mindset
