Agile Coach

Our client has set up offices in the Netherlands with the aim to build a state of the art eCommerce solution for her own designed and fabricated products which are being sold worldwide.  

As an Agile Coach you will guide multiple Agile teams and support our client on the Agile journey: you work with cross-functional, distributed teams to achieve higher levels of agility and drives adoption of best-practices based on previous experiences. In this role you will report into the Head of Technology. 

You play a crucial role in the adoption of the Agile methodology: supporting teams & management in reducing time-to-market and increasing business relevance of IT solutions by applying best practices of the Agile methodology.

Furthermore you train and mentor distributed teams in overall Agile values/practices and specific frameworks/methods/way of working (Scrum, Kanban, DevOps, SAFe etc.). You will for example be explaining the Agile portfolio and concepts like MVP. You will keep an eye on the solution implementation: assure that delivery is aligned with the overall vision and that reaching sprint goals brings visible benefits in terms of time-to-market and business relevance. 
 

Job requirement:

• You are a seasoned Agile Coach with proven track record and rock solid, hands-on experience with Agile/LEAN transformations; 
• You are a recognized thought leader who easily becomes the trusted advisor and facilitates the implementation of the project in line with agreed success criteria utilizing Agile/Lean, in a hybrid model allowing for large-scale, distributed delivery;
• You have high people management skills;
• Experience in a fast-pased eCommerce environment is a bonus.
