Under your guidance the teams will be further professionalized in order to shorten time-to-market, bring stability and improve quality, meanwhile making sure the engineers stay motivated.
To be successful you have to be a strong hands-on leader with engineering vision and extended experience in managing and improving operations departments. You have the ability to set goals, manage effective towards results, make decisions, build and recruit high performing teams, manage new initiatives, you are a strong communicator and you still like to dig into the technical part (50% of the time)
Key words: Linux, Puppet, Ansible, Kubernetes (Docker), CEPH, Proxmox, Cassandra, MySQL, LEAN practices.
